    A dynamic 1-day workshop with inspirational guest speaker, Dr. Ana Bodnar, Registered Clinical Psychologist, and Meditation Teacher. Incorporating her passions for yoga, meditation and reflection, Ana's mindfulness psychological approaches to life's difficulties prove to be a powerful force in deepening personal and professional experiences. Ana will take participants through a step-by-step process of healing, renewal and connection to self.

  • Ana Bodnar

    Dr. Ana Bodnar holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, whose studies included a variety of approaches, including psychoanalytic psychology, cognitive psychology, creative approaches as well as Psychosynthesis, a spiritually oriented psychology.

  • She has been a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher for 20 years, has attended seminars with the Dalai Lama in Toronto and Dharamsala, India, and has studied with Zen Roshi Joan Halifax as well as teachers from other wisdom traditions. She continues to learn and develop her skills, incorporating her passion for meditation and reflection with her psychological approach in teaching and counselling work.
